By Ganna Nevoit, Olena Filiunova, Maksim Potyazhenko, Ozar Minser, Inga Arune Bumblyte, Alfonsas Vainoras
The publication of the results of a theoretical study on the conceptualization of Bioelectronic Medicine continues a series of articles on the role of electromagnetic processes in the implementation of the phenomenon of life. The authors, based on modern biophysical fundamental knowledge about the structure and functioning of the human body at the micro level of its structure (nanolevel and deeper) and the concepts of the Magnetoelectrochemical theory of metabolism, developed the main ideological concepts of the scientific direction “Bioelectronic Medicine” as a component for the further development of complex medicine. General scientific methods and theoretical methods were used in this theoretical study. The result of this theoretical research was the extrapolation of modern biophysical fundamental data on the structure of the microcosm of matter to medical knowledge about humans. It is proposed to call the resulting scientific direction the term “Bioelectronic medicine”. A conceptualization of the obtained fundamental ideas was made, three basic concepts and seven main aspects of “Bioelectronic Medicine” were formulated.

Mini Review: Is fluoroquinolone drug or poison?
Quinolones are a class of broad-spectrum antibiotics with valuable pharmacological properties due to their improved pharmacokinetic properties, particular mechanism of action and broad and potent activity; being one of the fastest growing class antibacterial growths in terms of therapeutic use and overall benefit. Because of their effectiveness, spectrum of activity, and generally good safety profile, fluoroquinolones were used widely for multiple clinical indications throughout the world. Although still clinically valuable, fluoroquinolone use has become limited in some clinical situations, as bacterial resistance has emerged over time. In the sections that follow we review the range of molecular mechanisms that motivate quinolone resistance.

Modern biophysical view of electromagnetic processes of the phenomenon of life of living biological systems as a promising basis for the development of complex medicine: the role of biophotons
The results of a theoretical study of the role of biophotons in electromagnetic process of realizing the phenomenon of life are presented in the article. This article is a continuation of the theoretical study of the team of authors, which was published in the Journal of Complexity in Health Sciences, Vol. 5, Issue 1, 2022, p. 22-34 and Vol. 5, Issue 2, 2022, p. 45-57. The aim of the theoretical study was to generalize the available scientific physical and biological knowledge of modern science about the role of biophotons in the electromagnetic processes of the phenomenon of life at the cellular level in order to deepen the fundamental knowledge of Complex Medicine. This study is a fragment of research work on “Development of algorithms and technologies for implementing a Healthy Lifestyle in patients with Noncommunicable Diseases based on the study of functional status” (state registration number 0121U108237: UDC 613 616-056-06: 616.1/9-03). General scientific methods and theoretical methods were used in this theoretical study. Based on the results of this fragment of the theoretical study, twelve conclusions were formulated. The formulated conclusions conceptualize such basic questions as: all living cells at the nanoscale consist of electromagnetic fields and generate electromagnetic fields, cell signaling and all cellular processes are due to electromagnetic interactions, ultra-weak photon emission is a universal optical phenomenon for all cells and plays an important role in communication and in cell life throughout the body.

Development status and application of neuronavigation system
The neuronavigation system is a combination of navigation technology and neurosurgery. It can be used to assist in neurosurgery through three-dimensional reconstruction of medical image data, extraction of lesions, optimal surgical path planning, tracking and positioning of surgical instruments, and real-time intraoperative display. Accurate and maximal treatment of lesions, while effectively avoiding secondary injuries to patients during surgery. Therefore, the development and application of neuronavigation systems are reviewed.

Effect of heat transfer optimization on brake noise characteristics of automotive disc brake
By Sen Zhang, Jian Zhang
Heat effect is one of the most important factors affecting the brake noise level. The finite element model for transient heat transfer analysis of disc brake is established based on heat transfer control equation and heat dissipation boundary conditions of dynamic convection. According to the NVH test and modal calculation, the brake noise characteristics are tested and analyzed. Meanwhile, the heat transfer simulation is verified and shows high accuracy. The discrete data for the response surface function are obtained by the Central Composite Design method with the peak temperature and mass as the target variables. The error of regression function is judged by fitting decision coefficient, correcting decision coefficient and root mean square error. By the optimizing mathematical model, the brake disc temperature peak can be greatly reduced and the heat transfer ability is obviously optimized without mass increasing, the time with temperature above 120 °C can be reduced by 46 %. Through the comparison of brake noise level before and after optimization, it can be known that the noise level can be significantly decreased after structural optimization, except the first order resonance frequency. The optimization result has good social and economic value.

Application of coherence analysis study on identification of vehicle noise sources
By Ke Chen, Mengyu Li, Chunping Li
Structure-Air noise sources in different frequencies were identified based on analysis of frequency and testing of vibration and noise under idling condition, and a method for signal sources priority was developed under identifying the kinds of noise sources. The partial coherence equations of the six input and single output systems were derived based on the theory of coherence. Coefficient of partial coherence of the test data of vibration and noise in vehicle was calculated by using MATLAB. Coherence analysis results show that working engine incentive transferred to the driving cab in low frequency range caused structure noise, engine RH mounting is the main noise source; The noise in middle frequency range is caused by the coupling effects of vibration of engine left mounting and noise of the engine compartment to the driving cab, between which left hanging mount vibration affected more; Engine compartment noise in high frequency leaked through the air to the cab, engine noise is the main source of noise inside.

Near-field acoustic holography for high-frequency weak sound sources under low signal-to-noise ratio
The mechanical noise in the cabin of the ship is so large that the leakage of high-pressure fluid is not easily noticed. In view of this situation, a near-field acoustic holography for high-frequency weak sound source under low signal-to-noise ratio is proposed. The method uses the empirical mode decomposition method to add weights to the time-domain sampling signals of each array element, and then uses the plane equivalent source near-field acoustic holography combined with compressive sensing to find the holographic surface acoustic pressure distribution. The simulation and experiment show that this method has certain feasibility under low signal-to-noise ratio, and the results are better than the method based on Fourier transform and the traditional boundary element method. It is of positive significance to apply it to engineering practice.

Application of mesh generation technology in bone mechanics research
High quality mesh is the basis of bone mechanics research and the precondition to ensure the accuracy of FEA (Finite Element Analysis) calculation. In order to obtain high accuracy and low distortion mesh of bone, the CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) meshing method is applied in this paper. The main process of bone finite element model construction consists of three parts, including CT (Computed Tomography) imaging, three-dimensional reverse modeling and meshing. By mesh optimization and boundary conditions imposition, the stress distribution of the occipital-atlantoaxial complex model and the relative motion angle between the Occipital Atlas and Atlantoaxial are obtained. According to the rotation angle checks, it is known that all the simulation results are within the range of cadaveric test data. The mesh generation technology provides a good idea and method for the study of bone mechanics.
